Every Crop Until You Drop attendee must fill out a registration form. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your package!

We ask that each cropper register separately. However, you may register another cropper only if you are paying the entire bill for them, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to the event or you are paying the entire balance at registration.

We ask when possible that roommates register within a 48-hour period. If your roommates have not registered 30 days prior to the event, we will adjust your balance to reflect the change in occupancy. Please read below for cancellation guidelines.

Cancellations

Your deposit of $100.00 is a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 25 days prior to the event to receive your refund less the non-refundable deposit of $100.00.
